When I need a quote for shipping large propane storage tanks I’ve been calling on Steve Chandler with the JBP Agency at Landstar for many years now, when I need an estimate he always gets back to me with a quote within 2hrs, and if he’s really busy he always responded with a note explaining that he will get back to me shortly and he keeps his word, he’s not always the cheapest but he provides excellent service and in this day in age, it's extremely important to me and BLT Tanks. He has outstanding professionalism and friendly service, but his jokes aren’t funny.

Frontline Communications/Oshkosh Specialty Vehicles have been involved with the JBP Agency at Landstar for many years and couldn’t be happier with every aspect of our relationship. From the fantastic interaction with our sales representative, Steve Chandler who is always looking out for us, always provides very prompt response for quotes and makes unexpected changes in schedule with urgency and gracefully. Frontline Communications/Oshkosh Specialty Vehicles primarily have used Landstar to haul sections of flight training simulator shelters we build at our Clearwater, Fl. Facility. These sections are usually both wide, tall, and heavy loads, and require very special care in handling and transportation. We ship them all over the world, but at least in the continental US we exclusively use the JBP Agency for the handling and transportation of these shelters. The pride and care that the drivers show is second to none! These units are delivered primarily to military bases, so safety and professionalism is paramount, and these guys and gals make sure that is a priority. Many of our customers even know the drivers by name and have built relationships with them and have requested that they be used when moving other products for them. They go above and beyond to help make sure these deliveries on time, loaded and unloaded safely and meet the requirements of the military bases. It’s a confident feeling knowing that you don’t have to worry about the units once they are secured and these guys are on the way. Frontline also uses the JBP Agency to deliver many of our command and broadcast vehicles around the country. Frontline Communications/Oshkosh Specialty Vehicles plan to continue this great relationship for many years, whether it’s hauling these shelters or other items, this is a great group and organization.
